Jim & Holmes is a Concept Holiday Home Society which takes you back to the late 19 th Century with its Architecture, Ambience & Facilities. We have planned 20 Fully Furnished - Rustic Cottages with a Private Lawn & Swimming Pool and 6 Fully Furnished Tower Studios with a Machan (without private lawn or private pool). The society will have facilities like a Club House, Private Golf Carts & Horse Carts to take our clients around the campus and around the beautiful surroundings of the Kumaon Hills.
Post Covid times have seen a high jump in terms of preferences of Holiday Homes over hotels and resorts mainly due to high social distancing advantage. Moreover due to limited space only a few can be accommodated which enhances the hygiene levels and becomes lesser prone to infections. There are lesser restrictions in Holiday Homes in terms of Check in & Check Outs, it has conventionally been a cheaper option. Also, with the work from home culture settling in, Holiday Home Stays & Rentals have become a highly preferred choice.
These Holiday Homes will be Fully Furnished 2 BHK’s consisting of 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 2 Walk in Closets, Dining Area, Kitchen and a Hall. The covered area will be ranging from 1200 Square Feet to 1600 Square Feet. Apart from this there will be a Private Garden of 400 Square Feet and a Private Heated Pool which will be 20 feet in length 12 feet in breadth and 3.5 feet in depth.
The property shall also have Tower Studios for Sale. These will be approx. 500 Square Feet over 2 Floors of 16 feet by 16 feet. Consisting of a Bedroom, Bathroom a Pantry & a Dining Area. These will not have private lawns or private pools. They will have a Machan overlooking the forest and the property.
The area is surrounded by the Corbett Tiger Reserve on one side and the Kumaon Hills on the other. It also has a beautiful stream of River flowing just below the land. There will be Gazebo’s across the property for clients to sit, relax and enjoy the weather, serenity and surroundings of the place. The 25 kilometer stretch from the Ramnagar Barrage is dense forest on both sides with river flowing and is extremely scenic.
